Portland Autonomous Zone formed in Jan. 2013 and is a member supported space with focus on bike fun, and DIY sub-culture. We have a full bicycle repair work area, electronics bench, 4 sewing machines, recording studio and arts and crafts supplies. Our vision is similar 
to that of a Eagles Lodge, but for makers with focus on DIY tinkering and bikes. We’re not a for-profit business, or a live space: PAZ is a member-supported space, run by members. We can come and go as we please, at any hour, to turn on the air compressor, hammer, or just listen to your music while you get bike crafty. Our space also has a shower, kitchenette, and 2 bathrooms at a close-in and convenient location.
